My New Year's Resolutions was to get away one weekend every month... sounds crazy but two months in we are going strong! [Woohoo, who else is winning on their resolution?] One of my sweetest friends had a baby shower in Austin this past weekend & it was the perfect excuse to escape for 24 hours... yes we were only in Austin for 24 hours. Some thought we were crazy for driving 6 hours there and 6 hours back during 5 o'clock traffic might I add, but let me tell you, it was perfect! I have laid out all the Insta worthy landmarks, Foodies guide to Austin, and the best shopping a girl could ask for!
