Dallas City Guide // Beat Texas

Yay for a long weekend! Love how OU/Texas is pretty much a holiday weekend for all us football lovers.  I have pulled together my go to Dallas locations from shopping to all the delicious foods!

For those of you who are simply overwhelmed by the craziness North Park mall can cause here is a list of go to Brick & Mortars!

1 // CABANA located on lovers lane with a wallet friendly price point

2 // Draper James Reese Witherspoon's new store located in Highland Park Village

3// Elements What I like to call the best of both worlds... you can find high designer as well as well know brands in this beautiful store off of Lovers Lane

4// MARKET is a fun new store located in Highland Park Village where you will find all sorts of amazing lifestyle brands as well as Sugarfina luxury candy!

5// Canary is the sister store to CABANA & offers the best in designer clothing!

6// Highland Park Village has a list of awesome stores and restaurants! Few of my favorites is Rag & Bone, Market, Royale Blue Grocery, Mi Cosina, Bandier, Tory Burch, Hermes and so much more!

7// The Shak is located at the Stanly Korshak, it is very mush so similar to Cayman's.  They also have a mens store as well as a high designer section!

8// Dear Hannah is a darling boutique near SMU filled with great price points!

For the foodies out there, here are a few of my favorites!

1// Mercat Bistro For those mornings you just wish you were sipping coffee on the streets of Paris! This Bistro is wonderful for Brunch, Lunch & Dinner.  Be sure to try their Peche Mignon for a refreshing cocktail.. I promise it will be your new favorite drink!

2// Breadwinners The spot for all things brunch!

3// HG Supply Your go to for anything Farm-to-Table! Perfect spot for lunch or enjoy their rooftop bar for dinner! While there head across the street to Joy Macaroons for a delicious Macaroon Ice Cream Sandwich!!

4// MiCosina For my fellow Mexican food lovers... the brisket tacos are out of this world, especially when paired with their House Sangria.  Not one trip to Dallas is complete with at least one sometimes two trips to MiCosina Highland Park!

5// Adelmo's Craving some delicious pasta? Head to Adelmo's... the best true Italian food in all of Dallas.  Adelmo's use to be in the knox and henderson district but recently relocated to Lovers Lane.  It is a must!

6// Pokey O's Skip the dessert at the restaurant and head straight to Pokey O's. Located right by SMU, their ice cream sandwiches are heaven!

Let's hope you already have a place to stay but for next time here our some amazing hotels completely worth staying at!

1// The Joule This is your luxury weekend getaway.  Located in downtown Dallas with amazing rooms, you will real fancy walking into this lobby!

2// The Stoneleigh Le Meridien My current favorite hotel located in Uptown... currently the Le Meridian has a collaboration with my favorite photographer/artist Gray Malin! So clearly there was no question of where we would be staying for OU Texas!

3// The Highland located right off 75 across from SMU, this hotel is beautiful!

4// The Lumon A Kimpton hotel, featuring a luxury boutique style! I haven't stayed here yet but defiantly will be on my next weekend get away!

1// The Rustic The perfect spot to kick back and hang with your friends! Friday night they will have Black Joe Lewis and The Honey Bears performing, grab queso and enjoy an evening of laid back fun!

2// Top Golf The perfect spot for a family affair! I recommend getting there early to reserve a spot! However they have a great out door area to hang out and a top notch mini golf corse to enjoy while waiting!

3// Katy Trail Ice House is similar to The Rustic but backs up to the Katy Trail so it is covered by beautiful trees with an incredible outside vibe! Best part they are dog friendly!
