Did you know lighting can make a dramatic change in your home! From a simple update of light switches to a stunning entry way chandelier, and the best part is you don't always have to break the bank. I tell all my clients that a little bit of paint and great lighting can sell your house! I have linked three of my favorite styles at three great price points! For the beaded chandelier, I love styling it over a kitchen or dining room table, a reading nook or a master bedroom if the ceilings are high enough! The Sputnik chandelier is my all time favorite piece. It is so eye-catching and unique it can transition any basic room into something spectacular. It is great pretty much anywhere just make sure you pick one that is size proportionate to the room. The last is the drum pendant. This piece is stunning and is great for your entry way or over an island! It is subtle but still beautiful and a classic style.
Anyone else so excited for this long weekend!? I have pulled this week's must haves that caught my eye! Best part is that they are all UNDER FIFTY!
First up the Anthros Lulie Wallace Melamine Plates, I am the biggest fan of Anthro dishes but Zach has chipped all of ours (cry face emoji) so when they came out with these, my love for their dishes sky rocketed!
A personal favorite, the Macrame Hand-Knotted Planter! these can get pretty pricy but this guy is under $25 & ADORABLE! Fish Hook plants work really well this style of planter and super easy to take care of!
Numero Cuatro is this amazing reversible entry way rug! It come in multiple colors & in two other sizes, the doormat is under $20!
If you haven't jumped on the SLIDE train start with the famous Adidas Slides, I have a pair and wear them way to much! Plus you can never go wrong with anything mint colored!
Number 7 I am OBSESSED with! I am dying to order a custom neon sign from Electric Confetti but they cost an arm & a leg so this cute flamingo will have to do!
This post wouldn't be complete without a coffee table book! For those of you who don't already know I am a collector... could possibly be considered a hoarder of coffee table books. But this cute Beach Cocktail is the perfect addition to your summer soirees!
I am loving all the Moroccan style poofs & decor right now but sometimes the patterns doesn't fit my look, then I found these VELVET FLOOR PILLOWS! Yes velvet floor pillows & once again they are UNDER $50!
So everyone is obsessed with these pots on a stand but they typically run in the $100s... but this guy can fit into anyone's budget or style!
Time to pop some bubbly for #10! How cute is this "Press For Champagne" key chain, it makes for the perfect gift for your bestie or boss babes!
So I have always been a one handbag kinda girl, I would save up for that designer splurge (and I mean like not eat food for months, because who needs nutrients right #foodisexpensive) and carry it till I had saved enough up for a new bag... I am not sure what happened but lately I am obsessed with all these inexpensive bags. I have recently picked up a few under $500 bags that people stop me all day long asking where it's from. Designers have come so far with their quality and even more so with their designs that an inexpensive bags are some times better! But don't get me wrong, I could never turn down the Chloe Marcie Crossbody or the Fendi Embellished Backpack but sometimes it just doesn't fit in the budget. Designers like Rebecca Minkoff have great price points and usually mimic the high-end designer bags, you just have to search a little harder to find that great piece, but I promise they are out there! Below I have linked several must have styles that can be carried year round and don't break the bank!
Let's admit it, summer is so much more Instagram worthy when tassels beach towels & palm tree flamingo floats are involved! I have gathered up 8 ESSENTIALS that are CATCHING MY EYE! Click the link for the breakdown!Read More

I am a major lover of booties for spring! However they can be a little tricky, the goal is to create a look that doesn't seem heavy! I have curated three basic looks I love + a few tips on styles to pair with your wardrobe essentials!
Jeans + Booties
All white + olive suede booties // Even though the booties are a little darker, the all white look keeps it light and airy. I tied it all back together with a bandana for a little contrast up top!
A great way to wear booties in spring is throwing them back with a fun sleeveless top! This look is great for that 70 degree weather when you aren't quite ready for sandals!
For those casual days, I love booties paired with an oversized plaid! I tend to wear plaids around my waist or like a light jacket, this paired back with an ankle bootie is the perfect transition piece!
Shoe Styles + Wardrobe Essentials
I love pairing a maxi or a sun dress back with a great bootie. I try to stick with more feminine ankle booties, this look will keep your look from being heavy and your legs to look longer! There is always an exception however, one of those being the Rag & Bone Woven Newbury! Here are my top picks!
This look can go two ways, Daisy Duke style or like you just showed up to Palm Desert for Coachella, I promise you will be better off if you choose options two! Keep to a low heeled bootie, I tend to swing toward the western or edgier styles! Paired back with a rock tee or loose tank and you can't go wrong! Here are my favorites!
You can pretty much pair any bootie back with your jeans. The key is keeping it light and airy. White skinnies paired back with a heavy bootie doesn't work out all to well. However white jeans paired back with light tan booties is a win! If your jeans are to long, roll half an inch twice, or invest in some ankle crop jeans!
